The client needing clarity on the performance level (PL) of the safety circuit installed on the automatic security gate and the OEM being unable to provide due to lack of knowledge meant Cenheard were the perfect candidate.
Cenheard’s in-house machinery safety consultants where the perfect mix to provide the client with the exact performance level and the OEM the relevant knowledge on their responsibilities as a manufacturer.
From the technical documentation provided by the OEM, Cenheard’s team where able to determine through online research the make and model of all components included in the safety circuit. This provided them with all the tools to conduct a full SISTEMA report for the client. Following all site-specific minimum requirements Cenheard were able to confirm the safety circuit reached the required performance level. Providing the client with peace of mind from a simple and effective solution.
After an in-depth look into the OEM documentation Cenheard were able to provide the OEM with guidance on their products and the documentation they are required to create in line with all relevant legislation. Upskilling the OEM so they are now a compliant manufacturer of their product.
